Policy Details:
Due to the nature of the discontinued products that I sell; I Can't guarantee their usefulness. Many of these items are at or beyond their manufacture sell by dates or expirations. While I store and keep all avon cosmetics and skin care lines in a controlled environment. Sometimes items become unusable. I have no way of inspecting the item because they are new and sealed and I will not open the product. And because of this I will not issue refunds for items that have become unusable. Buyers are to purchase at their own risk.
